How can I work together with Komax?
Your company must have a branch in Switzerland and accordingly have a permit for personnel placement / personnel leasing.
In addition, you must accept the "General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Komax AG for Personnel Placement".
For which positions can I submit suitable candidates?
To all positions that are open on the portal for recruiters. To do so, click on "Login for registered recruiters" at the bottom of the advertisement.
How do I submit a candidate dossier?
If you do not yet have a login, you can request access by printing out the terms and conditions, signing them and sending them to us by e-mail. We will check your application and you will then receive the access data and can submit candidate dossiers.
If you already have a login, you can upload the candidate dossiers for the advertised positions. To do this, click on "Login for registered recruiters" in the advertisement. Fill in the form with the necessary information and upload the dossier. You also have the possibility to add comments to the application.
Can I submit candidates to several vacancies at the same time?
Yes, you can submit them to several vacancies at the same time, provided that the positions match the candidate's profile and wishes. To do this, you must submit the candidate separately for each vacancy.
How can I see the current status of the application process?
When you log in to the portal for recruiters, the status of the submitted applications can be seen at any time under "Application status".
As a recruiter, can I add to the data submitted by candidates after they have been uploaded to the system?
When you log into the portal for recruiters, you will find an overview of the submitted, open applications under "My submitted applications". You can still adjust this at any time, submit additional documents or add further comments.
